The year in the Master's really shaped the way I think about the world. Its multidisciplinary approach allowed me to think out of the box on contemporary issues of political economy.  During my MA studies, I had the chance to interact with excellent teachers and meet lifetime friends.  With the knowledge I gained from the Master’s, I managed to continue with my Ph.D. studies at the London School of Economics where I teach today on topics of European political economy - an area, which if it was not for the Master’s, I would have never discovered my passion for-. Today, I still consider the MA as the best year of my academic life. The endless and passionate discussions on politics and economics inside and outside the class, in the warm atmosphere of Thessaloniki, will remain one of the most vivid memories of my university years!
